Picked truck up and got mud flaps on rear axle only was told thats how duallys come feeling very let down by the salesman. 40 dollars for the mud flaps wont make me or break me or them for that matter. But will keep me from buying there again. It was in writing but a play on words will be used to thier advantage. We said a set being 4 not a pair being 2 when we shock hands to seal the deal on truck. More

The service was above and beyond, I was able to purchase a 2013 Cadillac XTS in January 2017. However, after 3 months of owning the vehicle, the front bumper started to peel which is very rare for any vehicle that was 4 years old. I went to the Cadillac dealer near my house and they informed me that the bumper had been painted before. Which this was not disclosed to me about the vehicle and it was communicated that this was a vehicle that was driven by sales rep at the dealership. As a consumer and based on the great reviews from Patsy Lou Chevrolet, I was very ticked off but I knew that Patsy Lou Chevrolet was going to take care of me. I called the Sales Manager Jim Masterson and left him a voice on 5/5/2017. After a week of no response, I called Josh Sloan the other manager and he returned my call right away took the VIN and told that they will make this situation right. After a few weeks of not hearing from him, I gave him a call again and found out he was no longer with Patsy Lou. So I gave Jim Masterson a call again on his office and personal phone and have left countless voicemails since 5/25/17. I’ve even texted him and the funny thing was that it shows me when he reads my messages and he’s read every single one and viewed the picture of the vehicle that was peeling. As a it’s now Mid-June, I’ve given up on the fact that Jim will ever return my phone call. I just want to make other buyers aware of the practices of this dealership and hopefully someone within leadership team reads this and understands the integrity of the leader they have in place selling vehicles to consumers. Again, just be cautious on what is being told to you at the dealership. More

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER MY WIFE TOOK HER 2004 GRAND PRIX IN FOR A FRONT VALVE COVER GASKET RECALL AND WHEN SHE GOT HOME THE ENGINE COVER WAS MISSING. CALLED THE SERVICE DEPT MY WIFE TOOK HER 2004 GRAND PRIX IN FOR A FRONT VALVE COVER GASKET RECALL AND WHEN SHE GOT HOME THE ENGINE COVER WAS MISSING. CALLED THE SERVICE DEPT AND THEY SAID IT WAS TO BE REMOVED AS PART OF RECALL. THIS WAS A PART OF MY CAR AND THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO DISPOSE OF IT. WENT TO DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE DEPT WOULD DO NOTHING. AFTER TWO E-MAILS AND NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS WHERE I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME, STILL NO REPLY. No-pressure used car experience Had a very positive experience buying a used car from Wendy Hosea at Patsy Lou. There was one in particular I had scoped out on their website but was open to others. I told her my parameters and she was able to find a few others that met my criteria. At no time did she try to upsell me or push me in a direction I did not want to go. During the test drive of the car I was most interested in it because apparent that there was an issue with the engine. Without going into detail, the sales manager Wayne went out of his way to get the problem diagnosed and repaired and had the car up and running the next day. Another test drive confirmed the repair and I am confident that it will not reappear. More

The Chevy Traverse I went and looked at ended up being several thousand more than listed on their site. The next day I found one listed on their site cheaper than the first one I looked at so I called them to get my "actual" price and was quoted even more than the first one I looked at. Liars, Liars, Liars. Also I wanted a towing package and the salesmans tried to sell me a Traverse that did not have the hitch factory installed, but installed by their service center. Which if you know anything about vehicles it is not the same as factory installed because GM beefs up the transmission when factory installed. And I had a "VIP" appointment with them, however, I was stuck with a salesman that has only a few months experience. And had to leave his office several times for several minutes to go ask questions. Total waste of my time. Don't waste your time either. . More
