Garret Cook is absolutely wonderful. A year ago Garret was able to get me the vehicle I wanted, for almost the price range I could afford. The only reason it was higher than I wanted was because he talked me into purchasing the warranty and I am so grateful he did. I had to take my car in last week for repairs and after Christmas, no one has any extra money. The service man Jason Wise said I had the best warranty contract that he works with. Garret was so helpful with my work hours getting my car in to be fixed and Jason in service was so pleasant to talk to and work with. I recommend these 2 gentlemen. I am sure the other employees are nice, but these 2 went above and beyond to help me. Thank you. More

The beginning was great. Little did I know or realize it was an as is vehicle I was sold. I paid my bills. A year later got a letter in the mail for trade in. So I explored t Little did I know or realize it was an as is vehicle I was sold. I paid my bills. A year later got a letter in the mail for trade in. So I explored the option , I was told I was rough on my vehicle. I explained to them the truck was sold in that condition. They took $4000 off trade value. Even after I told them that’s how you sold it to me. Then I was shown vehicles that was explained to me as been on the lot to long. I felt like I wasn’t being treated as valued customer. Instead just someone to get rid of a vehicle. Credit rating is outstanding 800+. The letter for trade in explaining better payment better vehicle was false advertising. They wanted another $200 a month for the new payment. I would have to choose something with less options. Now knowing it’s $4000 in damage on the vehicle, they refused to recognize as their own sale to me. I feel used, played , just for their money. I guess that’s how some people make their millions. After speaking with Stacy, I can now say that I am a very satisfied customer. She came from behind her desk-sat next to me, looked me in the eyes and genuinely listened to every word I had to say. I didn’t get the feeling that she was half listening while trying to rush me out of her office…. She was very attentive and empathetic to my concern. I was very upset with Shea Chevrolet’s service department when I sat down in her office… which I had previously expressed in a review….But after speaking with Stacy, my problem was solved and I am now a customer for life!….Thank you so much! I am also thanking Michael Banks! Not because he is the best sales advisor ever but, because he is a genuine and honest person and Shea Chevrolet should be honored to have him there. Thank you to the service manager(sorry,I don’t remember your name) and Mr Wise. Michael, the intake service person, my negative review of you remains the same.
