I've been going to Shaver for a couple of years. I, like most people, hate going to the dealership because it's ridiculously overpriced, but there are times when I want to make sure I have someone cert like most people, hate going to the dealership because it's ridiculously overpriced, but there are times when I want to make sure I have someone certified for Chrysler working on my car. I had worked previously with an awful associate (looks like the finally let him go). I had initially had a good first experience with Kier, however when I went back to him and expressly stated I did not want to work with the last sales associate, he gave him my info and put him in contact with me. Most recently, I emailed the site three times for service, received a confirmation they received my email and no one ever contacted me through email or phone. I finally called in and left a message for Kier, two days later with no call back, I left another message. He finally called me back, unfortunately I missed the call, but returned it within the hour. I have not heard back from anyone at Shaver since. Apparently Shaver is doing so well, they did not need my money, so I took my car to Kirby in Simi Valley and had a wonderful experience. Stay away from Shaver, they've been bad for years and only seem to be getting worse. More
