I thought it’d be the one... I really thought this dealership was going to be “the one.” The sales guy was nice enough, the owner, and the finance guy all seemed to be a step up f I really thought this dealership was going to be “the one.” The sales guy was nice enough, the owner, and the finance guy all seemed to be a step up from the typical dealer. The service department is definitely bringing down the overall dealership. Within the first two days the screen on my new F150 was not working, the truck was shaking excessively, and there were scratches on the plastic I pointed out at delivery that had to be replaced. Having a dash cam in my vehicle is a wonderful thing, because you catch things like the service tech driving your vehicle from the service lane saying “I guess we have to replace the windshield now because it has bird sh** on it too.” Other recordings swore nothing was wrong with the vehicle despite them having videos of the issues. After a week of keeping my truck, the truck still shakes and the Bluetooth speaker in the dash is blown. I failed to mention when I picked up my truck after a week there were new scratches in my dash they now have to repair. So another trip to the dealer for service.... I’ve owned several Ford products, but so far this one is definitely not proving to be of great quality, nor is this service department. More
Always welcoming by the staff and nice atmosphere I really enjoy coming into the dealership, because the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Use them for everything and have had no problems so far! Very comfortable waiting area and friendly staff. Kind of busy at times but nothing too bad. I see Todd for my Ford. They just want to sell them, not service them. My new Ram 2500 has been to this Dealer 3 times in it's first year, once for some minor warranty repairs, twice for service. During the warranty visit My new Ram 2500 has been to this Dealer 3 times in it's first year, once for some minor warranty repairs, twice for service. During the warranty visit I had a backup sensor stuck on and the seat cover clip would not stay hooked on the passenger seat. I was told all the parking sensors had to be replaced and that still might not fix the problem, but would have to return for this repair because they had no parts to perform this repair . The only way they could fix the seat was to put screws through the black plastic clip that would not stay hooked. I had no repairs done at this point. I called another dealer service center and on the phone they talked me through a system reboot fixing my sensor problem , they would have to see the seat to fix it. I used to restore antique cars and tried a little weather strip adhesive on the clip and fixed that problem on my own. Service visit number one they forgot to tighten the oil plug. Thank God it left a small puddle of oil in my driveway allowing me to find it and tighten the plug before I had bigger problems. They also didn't refill the wiper fluid. Visit 2 they forgot to tighten the oil filter . Again thanks for a puddle in the driveway , I found this problem and fixed this one on my own, but had to pressure wash the front of the motor to clean up the mess. Again they did not top off the wiper fluid and did not rotate the tires like I asked. The truck had an additional 66 miles on it the second time. Where did they go with my truck and why. I will never use Sharp motors again. More
