They were able to help us get a lower cost and keeping this additional package. Kenny (sales) and Doug (financing) were completely transparent and honest on total price, monthly payments, and taking their time walking us through it all. They made the transaction and signing extremely professional and smooth from the moment we walked in the door until we drove off with our new Jeep. Too much time spent in waiting lounge. I had an 8:00 appointment. Didn't start work on truck for at least 45 minutes later. Truck hadn't moved at this point. Finally at 12 noon I went to as I had an 8:00 appointment. Didn't start work on truck for at least 45 minutes later. Truck hadn't moved at this point. Finally at 12 noon I went to ask how much longer it would be and they told me it had been completed for 1 1/2 hours. Apparantly my time means nothing to the but they have no problem charging for theirs. The work by the mechanic was fine. But this is time from my life I can't get back. No, I'm not satisfied at all!
