I spent more time at the bank, than I did at the dealership. Initially I was there as an observer, as my daughter had found a car she was interested in checking out. Second time, I returned her car for a promised repair. They made the repair, and my wife and I left with another car to test drive. Both purchases were so nice, no pressure, negotiating was simple and pleasant. We now have two fantastic vehicles in the family, and I will definitely return when looking for another in the future!!! Kellen made the transaction very smooth and also got us a great rate on financing. Everything was exactly as advertised and no hiccups happened along the way. We arranged a carrier for shipment and Kellen Sent us plenty of pre-ship inspection photos before it went on the trailer. Here’s the best, after I took the truck home and had a chance to drive it more I noticed a noise in the rear end. I took it back the next day and they had it to a mechanic and fixed in in a day, no charge. This has been the best car buying experience I’ve had. Purchased a Suburban from Shamrock only to find out 5 months later the vehicle had been totally repainted and was previously in some type of accident. Beware of this dealership as they seem to be sellin months later the vehicle had been totally repainted and was previously in some type of accident. Beware of this dealership as they seem to be selling previously painted and fender bender type vehicles. The car is in awful shape i just felt like i deserved to know this prior to my purchase. It makes me feel like i was tricked and deceived. Because of the shape of the vehicle i felt best to hurry and trade it in to avoid future problems. I had a completely different experience shopping at a similar type dealership in Bountiful. I am happy know with a different car. My recommendation is to avoid this dealership, hope this helps someone else as i would of liked to have known. More

I have always been pretty skeptical about buying newer cars from dealers, but as I searched online I found a few places I was going to check out. I saw that shamrock group had a suburban that seemed to be cars from dealers, but as I searched online I found a few places I was going to check out. I saw that shamrock group had a suburban that seemed to be what we were looking for. We went to go see the car later that day. I arrived at their office thinking I was going to be a able to see the car I spoke to Brady the sales manger about earlier that day. It took 45 minutes for them to realize I was there, and when they finally told me where the car was we had to drive 2 miles away to a somewhat intimidating gravel holding lot where the car was being kept. We liked the car and ended up buying the car in spite of the somewhat unprofessional manner in which they presented it. The thing that is most bothersome to us is to this day we have had a few issues with the car and cannot get ahold of Brady or anyone for that matter at there dealership. I wasn't satisfied at all with my purchase and unfortunately I won't be returning for my future car needs. More
