I took my dually for a repair on a Saturday, I was told they were going to take it in on Monday, I called on Monday around noon to get and update, and they told me they already find out the issue, and it w they were going to take it in on Monday, I called on Monday around noon to get and update, and they told me they already find out the issue, and it was probably be fixed by Tuesday later Wednesday. On Tuesday I called again to get another update and they told me they were working on it still. Called again on Thursday, and was told they were pretty pack up and I was lucky they brought it in already. They never told me that it was going to be that long because the load work they had. Because I would take it to another dealership. To make the list ng storie short. I got my truck one week after, and every time I called I was told they were going to check with the mechanic, and let me know what the progress was, but that never happened, I had to keep calling back every time. No taking my business here again, I have 2 GMC pick ups, but I will take my business to El Paso Dealership in the future. Oh also, when I got to pick up my truck they it wasn't even washed! after a very bad service that was like we really don't care about you. We are busy enough and don't need your business.. I took my other GMC to El paso dealership, just for an oil change and they did washed for sure. More
