I took a day off work to take in my vehicle for what I thought was going to be an issue covered by warranty. I spoke to someone over the phone and they told me as long as I was under a certain mileage cer thought was going to be an issue covered by warranty. So I drive to the other side of town just to be told something completely different than what I was told over the phone. When I get to the service center the gentleman tells me that I must’ve spoken to someone at corporate in another city (even though I called the local number) because based on how my appointment was set up someone did it incorrectly. He goes on to tell me that Shamaley Buick gmc is owned by a big company that owns 91 other dealerships and that my call must’ve gone to a call center and that the person I spoke to didn’t know what they were talking about. Once I get my diagnostic report the problem is what we thought it would be. I ask again if they were going to honor what I was told by “corporate” but I was told about company policies and that basically I was lied to and that there’s nothing they could do to help me. Then he asked if I wanted the service done and of course I said no. I’m not going to give my business to someone who tells me I was lied to by the company but I’m somehow suppose to believe what he tells me. First time experiencing this here but it will be the last because I won’t be going back for any service needed on my vehicle. This is strictly in regards to the service department my sales man and shuttle driver were amazing. The service gentleman should take a few pointers from them. More

The service advisers are great, friendly, and professional. Will let you know what exactly the vehicle needs and will advise why they are needed. They did a complementary wash on the vehicle, and when I picked it up it looked like someone had driven it on the sand dunes. Or sprayed a whole fire extinguisher on it. That is my only gripe. So four stars. More
