VERY POOR SERVICE, IT TOOK ALMOST A MONTH TO REPAIR MY TRUCK . i UNDERSTAND THAT IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET THE PART. BUT NO BODY CONTACTED ME REGARDING THE DELAY. i CALLED TWICE AND MARISSA NEVER RETUNED M TRUCK . i UNDERSTAND THAT IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET THE PART. I HAD TO GO (05/18/25) AND FIND OUT THE REASON FOR THE DELAY, MARRISA WAS NOT THERE SO I SPOKE TO ANOTHER SERVICE ADAVISOR AND A SERVICE MANAGER. AGAIN, MARISSA NEVER CALLED ME, ON THE 20TH I CALLED AND FINALLY I SPOKE TO MARISSA AND HAS PER HER STAMENT MY TRUCK WAS NOT READY BECAUSE THE PERSON THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO MOLD THE KEY SO THAT I WOULD BE ABE TO OPEN DOOR ETC, ETC, WAS RUNNING LATE BECAUSE HE HAD TO MUCH WORK. I WAS VERY UPSET I TOLD MARISSA THAT SHE BETTER DO SOMETHING OTHERWISE I WILL BE CALLING NOT ONLY GMC MANAGEMENT BUT I WILL BE CALLING GMC NATIONAL. More

Charles was courteous, but when I spoke to him on the phone, he quoted me a price of $675 and said he'd get me at least a $25 discount for my senior, first responder and veteran status. But when I receiv phone, he quoted me a price of $675 and said he'd get me at least a $25 discount for my senior, first responder and veteran status. But when I received his voice-mail he quoted $775 with a $75 discount. Turned out to be about a $50 to $75 dollar difference. I spoke to him when I picked up the truck, but he disagreed what was spoken. I didn't want to argue about $50, but I know what I heard. More
There seemed to be a breakdown between the finance manager, my credit union and what I was supposed to provide in the way of payment and insurance information.
