I arrived for my 10:00 appointment to have an anti theft software update per recall. 2 hrs and 45 minutes later I was able to leave. When u bring a car to the dealership & ur told its covered by the warranty & then u go pick it up .... they tell u its not covered by the warranty.... its bull. U would think they would tell u before covered by the warranty & then u go pick it up .... they tell u its not covered by the warranty.... its bull.
