very disappointed in my service experience. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change several weeks ago. I brought my car in on 7/26/23 at 9:30 a.m. per my scheduled appointment. I was to I scheduled an appointment for an oil change several weeks ago. I brought my car in on 7/26/23 at 9:30 a.m. per my scheduled appointment. I was told it would take approximately 2 hours. However, my car was not ready for 4 hours. I stayed in the Watertown area for 4 hours and had to waste a half of day of my day off from work. I called at the 2 hour mark and was told I would receive a call back with status. I did not receive a call back. I had to call again at the 3 hour mark.. Very frustrating. More

I've had my car serviced in different places but no one ever sent me a video describing the part of my car that was being inspected so I could see for my own self. Plus they vacuumed out my car and wiped i ever sent me a video describing the part of my car that was being inspected so I could see for my own self. I arrived for my 10:00 appointment to have an anti theft software update per recall. 2 hrs and 45 minutes later I was able to leave. The staff extremely polite . I appreciate the inspection video. More
I drop off my car 5/27 at the dealership with engine problems and as off today I have not heard from anyone about what’s wrong with it , call every week & left several messages to the service manager Ma problems and as off today I have not heard from anyone about what’s wrong with it , call every week & left several messages to the service manager Max , call corporate as well to complain. Playing phone tag with corporate as well . . Hyundai it saying the have no loaner for 2 1/2 month . Look for other option this dealership it’s not it .. More

When u bring a car to the dealership & ur told its covered by the warranty & then u go pick it up .... they tell u its not covered by the warranty.... its bull. U would think they would tell u before covered by the warranty & then u go pick it up .... they tell u its not covered by the warranty.... its bull. U would think they would tell u before they fix it that its not covered so ur not surprised. Dealerships & their service departments are nothing but a joke. More
