Unsure about giving a recommendation at this point - though Mitch was very nice, professional and called me exactly when he said he would. My brand new Santa Fe Hybrid had to be kept over night to asses though Mitch was very nice, professional and called me exactly when he said he would. The explanation given did not make sense to me and unfortunately I heard the noise again on the way home. Will follow up at my next service appt.
