Shaker's Family Hyundai - Service Center

I would never go back to Shaker's of Hyundai! My catalytic converter was stolen while on their premises. They have no cameras, alarms or fencing to prevent/deter anyone from coming on their prope My catalytic converter was stolen while on their premises. I would advise no one leave their vehicles overnight at this company. They also mis diagnosed my vehicle in order to keep it overnight. If this never happened, I would have never left my vehicle. Brought car in for final repair and there was NO communication with Service and myself. They still have not fixed the problem hence why we wrote to Hyundai Corporate and put issue in their hands. communication with Service and myself. When my car was ready after “service” it was dirty inside and out and also they used all my fuel and did not refill vehicle. Also, it was told that a Service department member drove my car home to their house. This is unacceptable, especially without my permission. Sales department was not competent either. Between screwing up the registration to the fighting to get refund back walking away from another potential purchase. This dealership has a lot of communication and professional issues that need to be addressed. More

I felt my car was kidnapped . Two months at the dealer. Even a month after i was told the parts can in.
