I had the absolute pleasure of being taken care of like family by Kyle, Jessica, Crystal, and Kiara. I was greeted warmly and offered refreshment, shown all the neat features in my new Bluelink app (I’ve never had a new car before, so I was blown away by all the perks), and never once did I feel rushed or pressured. Crystal and Lyle had been liaising with me for a couple of weeks before I was able to drive up to Connecticut, and I’m so happy Kyle walked me through video demos of all the cars I asked. My 2025 Sonata Limited Hybrid is the PERFECT car, and Crystal made sure that the financials worked for me no sweat (kudos for the approximately 15 times I changed my mind about financing vs leasing and down-payment amount & payment type). Kiara was the absolute best when showing me all the features in my vehicle. I was so impressed, and she saw I was slightly overwhelmed too and made sure I got clarity on everything. And Jessica Deedon. Oh my gosh. She’s a sensation. I sincerely want to be her friend because that’s exactly how she treated me. I am NOT a car guy, and my Dad (who’d normally be helping me) wasn’t able to come up with me. Jessica walked me through all the different protection options, did not pressure me AT ALL, and really heard me when I explained how I tend to care for my cars. She also gave me a bunch of pro tips about how to more confidently deal with shops/dealerships when it comes time for maintenance. Please give her a raise and my immense gratitude.
