Mr Devino and his staff go all out to give an honest deal. Rick, Bob, Don, Drew and Tony could not do enough to resolve any questions I had concerning the 2015 Genesis that I bought on 4-13-16. They took care of discounts, VIP card, Armor-all treatments, and etching of the vehicle's glass windows Immediately. The men in the service dept. did a great job on the Armor-all treatment The management also went out of their way to satisfy all of my requests. Everyone was very courteous, and Bob made sure a written receipt of what was on order and owed to me under the contract was provided. I was very grateful to all of them for how they treated me. I would recommend Devino's Hyundai of Watertown CT to anyone who wants a great and honest deal. I love my Genesis. The luxury and ride is unbelievable. Thank you Rick. Sincerely, Joe More
Devino's Poor inspection practices on returned lease vehicles. Customers should be provided with a written inspection at the time the vehicle is returned. I brought my vehicle in on March 19 for inspection and was informed "everything is fine". I picked up the new lease nine days later. At no point in between was I ever informed there were issues with my return. I received a certified letter from Hyundai on April 5 with a demand letter for $1730.00. I emailed and faxed information to the dealership several times but have not received a response in five days. The current practice of telling customers that the inspection was fine and then sending them a bill 18 days later is nothing short of deceptive. I would not have leased a new vehicle if I was informed of the results of the inspection in a timely manner. More

This was my first time buying myself a car, so it was a completely different experience than I've ever had before. The moment I stepped foot into Devino's and met Ron Mercancy, I knew this was going to be a great experience. Ron is not your typical salesman. Not once did he make me feel pressured or uncomfortable with the car buying process. He continually made it clear to me that he was willing to take all the time I needed and that he wouldn't be satisfied until I found a car that I LOVED. Well he certainly delivered on that promise, and I cannot wait to pick up my beautiful car! Ron has continually checked in with me and has guided me through obtaining all of the necessary paperwork. He answered any questions I had and was well informed about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He always had a smile and was very courteous. My family came with me and he was very friendly and welcoming to them also. I also had the pleasure of meeting the GM, Bob. He was wonderful. He answered all my questions to the fullest extent. He was very helpful and even drew us diagrams to break everything down for us into simple terms and explanations. I had a trade-in vehicle that I still had a large balance on and Bob worked it out so that I was comfortable with the final purchase and the final numbers. When I picked up my car it was completely detailed, full of gas and Rob helped to install my Bluetooth and fix all the electronics. I was all set, all I had to do was get in a drive. Thanks guys!
