I recently purchased a CPO 2017 Hyundai Sonata SE and ever since I bought it, I have been having issues. I went in for service 11/17/2020 and told them the issues I was having and they told me there was ever since I bought it, I have been having issues. I went in for service 11/17/2020 and told them the issues I was having and they told me there was a charge for everything when I literally just purchased the car. Isn’t the dealer supposed to cover these issues as there is a 60-day dealer warranty? Let me list some of these issues. First is not a big thing, but two days after buying the car, the tail light burnt out. Two days after owning a vehicle a bulb burns out, that’s strange. Next, whenever I drive on the highway at about 65-70mph, the entire car shakes. When my foot is off the brake pedal the car shakes, not when I’m stopping. Then, there is a spot on the driver's side door with a little spot of rust on the bottom, on a 3 year old car? Really? Lastly, the second key that I have for the car does not work at all. Either it needs to be replaced or reprogrammed. I sent an email to Michael Kather, the person who sold me the car, about these issues last week and I have not gotten a response since then. I called the dealer multiple times to speak with Michael and he is never at his desk, voicemail is full and I can’t leave a message. Emailed the sales manager, no response. Worst experience I ever had at a dealer. More
