Jim Reed was awesome -- he was kind, informative, patient and never, ever pushy. He answered my questions, and never faltered on one thing. He helped me pick the best lease option for me (I got a Ford Explorer XLT) and was patient until I decided what I wanted. He was always responsive and always professional. He also took the time to review every feature my new car had and treated me with kindness and respect. I've never had a such a stress free and happy experience buying a car. Ed Shaker was also very helpful and kind; he personally answered some questions that I had and ensured that me and my husband were very happy with our car and buying experience.
