Sal explained every detail for each and the decision was the certified used car. In addition, Shakers gave me a good deal on my used car (2001 Audi). Turns out I sold the used car to a private buyer prior to closing the deal. Sal even came to pick me up to take delivery since the trade-in was gone. HE WENT WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND IN MY OPINION. Manny from the business office is an extreme pleasure to deal with in closing the deal.
