I had a great experience with Jame Cianciolo when leasing my 2011 Ford Explorer. He was personable and very, very helpful. Our experience with the dealership was pleasant. We got a good deal on a car that met our criteria, and worn out tires and breaks being replaced. Great experience; Lou seemed more focused on asking me what I needed than on trying to push the sale, which was nice. Also, when the out the door price came out a bit out of my price range, the manager w what I needed than on trying to push the sale, which was nice.
