We are from Middletown and had been looking at the Ford Flex. We were in the area for a meeting and decided to stop in and see what they had in terms of inventory. On a whim we test drove a Lincoln MKT and Flex. We were in the area for a meeting and decided to stop in and see what they had in terms of inventory. On a whim we test drove a Lincoln MKT and instantly fell in love. Ron and Cindy were able to get us a better deal on the Lincoln than most Ford dealers were willing to give on a Flex. Ron's enthusiasm for the product just added to the overall experience. He was very well informed on the car being able to go over all of its major and minor features in great detail. The rest of the staff was also very helpful. The owner even came over several times to make sure everything was going well. This dealer (store as the called it) has a very friendly and wonderful atmosphere. At the end of the day it was more than worth it to make the trip to Shaker Family Ford Lincoln. We intend to only buy our Ford and Lincoln cars from them in the future. More

Bill is a great salesperson. He was very patient and returned my calls very quickly and answered all of my questions. The day we test drove cars we were with Bill for 2 plus hours and when we got home returned my calls very quickly and answered all of my questions. The day we test drove cars we were with Bill for 2 plus hours and when we got home that night I knew I would be purchasing a car from Family Ford. Bill put his work schedule on the back of his business card which helped when I returned to purchase the car. A few days after purchasing the car I had problems with the CD player. I went back to Family Ford and spoke with Bill and he helped me make an appointment to have Service Department look at it. A received a followup call from Bill after service looked at the CD player to make sure everything was alright. Wow, what service. THANKS BILL. If I decide to purchase another call in the future, I will definitely come back and see Bill Reed. P.S. (I will be getting a new CD player for the car, there is a problem with the current CD player).
