I went to this dealership to look at the 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I was introduced to Bill Reed and he welcomed us politely and professionally. I didn't feel pressured at all during the process and he tried to accomidate my needs from the beginning. He was able to work with the manager on duty to get me a great price on the car. He worked with my insurance company to obtain all needed paperwork and on the day of pickup I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour.
