I recently bought a ford edge from Shakers family ford in Watertown. I had been shopping for months so I had experienced a lot of other dealerships. I felt I got a great deal and love the car. Sal helped set up my phone and showed me everything about the car. I arrived at Shaker's terrified for my first car dealer shopping experience, but my nerves were calmed when Jeff Gladding greeted my family and me. He accomodated my handicapped mother for our test dealer shopping experience, but my nerves were calmed when Jeff Gladding greeted my family and me. I walked into Shaker Family Ford today at 1:15pm with no money in my pocket, depressed and ready to cry because I had been without car after a total loss for almost 2 weeks. All I had in my pocket was my license and a PIN number for a special incentive that I qualified for from my insurance company. This young man, Jeff Gladding, came to me with a smile. After I explained my pitiful circumstances he said, "no problem." He got up after a few questions, he obtained all the information necessary, I test drove a car that I fell in love with, and I drove off the lot in 3hrs in that 2013 Ford Escape paying almost $200/mo less than I was paying just last month. I can not express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service, the attention from Jeff and everyone else at Shakers. In addition, this contract came with so many different extras, so much more than I could have every asked for!! Exceptional service, all smiles, very friendly, immaculate showroom and service center.
