2017 Ford Explorer I have not purchased a vehicle from a dealer in over 30 years. I generally hate salesmen, but Philip Rice is an exception. In addition to being an expert on Ford products, he is also extremely knowledgeable about their competitors’ products. My wife and I were comparative shopping the product lines of five different manufacturers; and his detailed knowledge made our job easier. He had the ability to evaluate our requirements and directed us to exactly what we needed. He properly represented us to management and was able to get us a great deal. This is our first new vehicle is 48 years of marriage. This entire process was lot of fun because of Phil’s great attitude. More

We were immediately contacted and made an appointment. Our experience at the dealership was extremely friendly and professional. We were led to a lovely coffee bar area to wait for our sales representative. Before the sales representative came, we were greeted by the general manager, Ed Shaker, and then introduced to the gentleman who would be helping us that day, Bill Reed. Mr. Reed was also very friendly and extremely professional. We talked awhile on our needs, and then we went on the test drive, which was also done in a very professional manner. My husband and I were very at ease with Mr. Reed, and he explained all the functions and options that were on the vehicle in such a way that when we came to pick up the vehicle a week later, I remembered everything he showed us! We also worked with Cindy Bugbee when it came time to go over and sign all the paperwork for the vehicle purchase. We have never felt so at ease and understanding of all the paperwork as we did with Cindy. She is top notch at her job. We would highly recommend Mr. Reed, Ms. Bugbee and the Shaker dealership !! More
