My experience with him was enjoyable from the beginning to the end. He was professional and courteous and extremely mindful of my schedule and time. He answered every question I had about the vehicles we were looking at, and he clearly does his due diligence on the technology and amenities that are offered. Manny took care of our financing for us. We were in and out of his office with new plates and registration within 25 minutes. He had a full morning, and came in early to accommodate us. While paper work printed, we talked about soccer, vacations and our families. He made our time in his office casual and comfortable! After we purchased and signed for the car, Sal sat with me and took me through every single feature, with an explanation and suggestion for each. He also called me a few times to see if there were any questions I had. He wasn’t pushy during the sale, he wasn’t rushed, and he made us feel like he genuinely wanted us in the best vehicle for our needs and family. The dealership was clean, the staff was kind, they even accommodated our children in a kids area with games and snacks.
