Right from the moment I walked into the lot Neal was very friendly and helpful in finding the right car for me I had the best experience I have ever had buying a car. My experience begin when I called Shaheen only to ask a question and I was transferred to a sales associate, Zach. He was very nice and sounded very knowledgeable on the phone that we schedule an appointme question and I was transferred to a sales associate, Zach. He was very nice and sounded very knowledgeable on the phone that we schedule an appointment for that following Friday and he promise to help me get a new car. When me met, he had me test drive a chevy traverse which i loved. He went above and beyond trying to find the right car for me and my family with a price that I felt comfortable with. I didnt get the car that I test drove but Zach found me an even better one (Chevy traverse). I visit a different car dealership before coming to Shaheen and I was very discourage with the lack of help and customer service i received from them. So coming here at first I felt like it was going to be the same and I even expressed that to Zach who ld me to be patience and trust that he could help me even with my complicated situation. I've never experience such great customer service from anyone like the one I received from Zach, so that and the fact that he went out of his way to make me getting a new car possible, is reason enough for me to recommend Shaheen Chevrolet and Zach Brendahl to everyone I know is in the market for a new car. I went to possibly buy a used vehicle but choose to go with leasing a new vehicle and Kevin McCaskey was there to help me every step of the way. Kevin is a honest down to earth type of person that anyone with leasing a new vehicle and Kevin McCaskey was there to help me every step of the way. I was blown away by the great service by Kevin! I was sure it would takes at least 2 days or more to drive home in my new truck... But it didn't!! I'm so happy and everyone was great!! I had found the vehicle I wanted online, and went to look at it. Zach greeted us and was very friendly. He assisted us in preparing for the test drive, and even made a couple trips next door for some negotia at it. Zach greeted us and was very friendly. On Friday April 19 2013 I was at Shaheen Chevrolet and purchased a used car. Ahead of going into the dealership I knew what I was in the market for. When I first entered the lot I was approached by Zach B purchased a used car. Ahead of going into the dealership I knew what I was in the market for. When I first entered the lot I was approached by Zach B. who asked me what I was looking for. I told Zach B. about the model I was interested in and he immediately took to me to the direction I needed to be in. The car Zach showed me was better than any other dealership I had recently been to. Zach did not waste time, I was able to test drive the car before I knew it. Zach even let me take the car to lunch and was not pressuring me at all, instead he was letting me decide if this was the right model for me. I knew it was and I was excited to start the paper work. Zach went above and beyond through the entire process. I even made a few requests before purchasing the vehicle and Zach came threw on each request. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience at Shaheen but more so with the customer service i was given. I would absolutely recommend both Shaheen and Zach to everyone I know. Thank you! Andrea S.
