The whole experience of buying our new 2006 Chevy Colorado was outstanding from start to finish. We found the car listed on Autotrader.com on a Saturday. Monday morning I called to Shaheen Chevrolet and spoke to Zach Brendahl. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. We placed a deposit on the vehicle, let Zach know when we were leaving for the 150 mile trek and arrived to a warm smiling young face. He was straightforward and helpful and less than two hours later we were on the road back to South Bend with our " new' truck. The paper work process went well and the dealership was supportive of our requests. I would highly recommend Shaheen Chevrolet and salesperson Zach Brendahl for future car buying needs. I came to Shaheen to sell a vehicle, which in working with Dan did and was extremely satisfied with the experience. My plan after sale, was to then shop multiple dealerships to purchase another vehicle, with Dan did and was extremely satisfied with the experience. My plan after sale, was to then shop multiple dealerships to purchase another vehicle, but because of Dan's customer service during the sale process, I never did shop another dealership and wound up purchasing a vehicle from Shaheen several days later. In dealing with Dan, Kevin and Joe on the finance end, I did not shop elsewhere because I never once felt like those guys weren't telling me anything that wasn't true or not in my best interest. Both of those guys straight forward approach, knowledge on the car buying industry and again a "no smoke and mirror" approach, made my wife and I Shaheen customers for our next vehicle.
