He never once made us feel like we were imposing on his time, actually it was quite the opposite - he made us feel very welcomed - even though he was now staying late on a Saturday. Our experience with Zach was everything we could ask for - and more. Zach was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and didn't have what I consider to be the "used car sales person" attitude to him at all. He was very professional and treated us as if we were there to buy a high end new vehicle. Once we settled on the vehicle we wanted, Zach went to work to get us the deal we wanted - and with the generosity of Scott Tatore, the Pre-owned sales manager, we walked out of there with the car we wanted, at the price we needed. I was so happy I cried! Thank you Mr. Tatore!! My son absolutely loves his new vehicle and I love the fact that you worked a miracle to help us stay within our budget.
