Body shop My car was brought into Cadillac of lansing in October 2017. They still have it as of this writing 2/9/18. Body shop manager was supposed to get back My car was brought into Cadillac of lansing in October 2017. They still have it as of this writing 2/9/18. Body shop manager was supposed to get back with me the same day we talked. That was two weeks ago. Several messages left for an update of what is going on. Called general manager, Nate, three days ago... Still no one returns my calls. Drove by couple times and my car is parked outside. They told me it would be inside since the convertible top leaks... EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER. More

Whenever I have had any type of problem or service, I always ask for Brian and his continuously comes through for me. It is a valuable asset to the company. Ok, an update to the review I wrote... after a horrible experience with Rod, I have been working with Duane, the service manager, and I have to tell y Ok, an update to the review I wrote... after a horrible experience with Rod, I have been working with Duane, the service manager, and I have to tell you. what a gem! He has gone out of his way to make things right that Rod did not, and has been more than accommodating. Folks, I have to tell you, if you have an issue with anyone in the service department at Suburban Cadillac, let Duane know. He will make it right. Heck, my car I got to replace my Cadillac had an issue at their dealership and Duane had Matt Krause come right out and start the process of getting it repaired, and even offered me a lift home so I wasn't stranded. I even met with Gary Kelly (great guy!!), and if we decide to buy something else, we'll have to sit down with Gary. Duane, you have earned my trust back and I will continue doing business with Suburban. More
Great Service In a Hurry I was traveling in MI, from TX, and my Hertz rental Cadillac XTS had a slow leaking flat. Matt Krause went above and beyond helping me get the tire re I was traveling in MI, from TX, and my Hertz rental Cadillac XTS had a slow leaking flat. Matt Krause went above and beyond helping me get the tire replaced. He even called Hertz corporate to arrange payment from them. He knew I was in a hurry so he put a rush on the tire installation. I work in the customer service industry so I know how much it mean. If I were ever buying a new Cadillac I would do so from this dealership. Thanks again Matt!! More
