Ed Meister has been our sales representative for several years. He is great at helping us find the right vehicle, and taking all the time necessary to answer questions. He made the process quite enjoyable. Another reason that we continue to return to Cadillac is because of the service and the team. Delivered to our door! Now that's service! We had been looking for a specific make and model so when we found a 2017 with only 2000 miles we thought it was a mistake! We received an immediate e We had been looking for a specific make and model so when we found a 2017 with only 2000 miles we thought it was a mistake! We received an immediate email response from Cathy who confirmed the mileage and even offered to have the car brought to us in Interlochen to test drive. We thought it best to travel to the dealership the following day and made the 3 hour drive! We are so glad we did! The car was everything it was presented to be so we decided to purchase it. Cathy wasn't available to help us but Ed was very helpful. He helped us with the test drive, answered our questions and prepared the paperwork for delivery.
