We have purchased a number of new Ford vehicles from Sexton. The cars have received the usual scheduled oil /filter changes. We are TOTALLY Satisfied with the sales and service departments. I visited Sexton Ford on a couple of occasions and my first two encounters were ok but nothing exceptional. I went there to look at a new truck and it had been sold so I asked to look at another vehicle. I had decided I was ready to purchase and I was passed on to the sales manager and he was such an arrogant jerk that I walked out of the store in the middle of the negotiations. I went to the dealership that day with full intentions of buying a 2011 F150 but when I was introduced to John Humphrey he came across as very condescending and arrogant. While speaking with John he did not seem willing to honor any of the promises that were made to me by the salesman I had spoken with on my prior visit. I did not get a feeling that I could trust him at all. I do not take well to people who feel that they are superior to others and John treated me as though he I were an inferior human being. More
but a 16k pontiac g6, we have had it in the shop for almost two weeks with 5 different problems already, and the transmission has already went out. they sold us the car with the wrong spare key and a ba almost two weeks with 5 different problems already, and the transmission has already went out. they sold us the car with the wrong spare key and a battery unlock that would not work. also sold us the warranty then had to go find someone else to look at it because they did not know how to. also the parts department was very rude, and they messed up the deductible on the premium coverage. worst car buying experience i have ever had.cruise control went out, hard top convertible wiring went out, and now the transmission, along with charging 200 dollars for a new remote start that still does not work More

Walked in and not 1 person even greeted me. The place was like a morgue. They offered me 100.00 for my trade and I just about left then. He showed us a 2005 Explorer that we fell in l Sexton Ford and were greeted by the Sales Manager, Gerry Swan. Gerry was very courteous and helpful. He showed us a 2005 Explorer that we fell in love with. We bought the Explorer at a great price. The Finance manager was friendly and fast. Our experience at Sexton Ford was better than any other dealership we have done business with. I would recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for a nice vehicle at a fair price. More
