Smooth as can be I had ordered a cayenne and from the very beginning the sales associate Lucas was very helpful and did anything I asked in a timely manner. I will be traveling soon, and I knew that I would need to find a new, very safe car. And, because I always buy my cars at the Sewickley Car Store, the minute I saw Ronnie Kean, I knew that I was finally going to relax. I knew that Ronnie would work very hard to make my experience comfortable. Ronnie knew that I wanted a BMV, so he got to work immediately. He already knew exactly the car I wanted, so, when he showed me the beautiful, black car, I was thrilled. He spent a lot of time explaining all of the devices in the car, and exactly how to use them. I told Ronnie he had done a wonderful job for me, and I was so happy that I would have the car I always wanted. I also, worked with Andres Ruano when it came time to answer all of the final documents. It was a long afternoon, but both men were very patient, and as we walked out of the showroom, Ronnie handed me my new keys.
