They don’t want or need black business here. First time I took my car to get some basic work done, the day I was supposed to come pick my car up, my key was not at the dealer. Nobody called to tell me that before driving an hour plus to get there. Secondly, today I dropped my car off to get my side mirrors replaced. It’s in my customer profile and obviously when I pulled up my car was pink. They wasted my time scheduling me an appointment knowing what I was coming in for and knowing the COLOR of my car. The service manager didn’t want to work on the car because it was painted PINK. My car being pink has nothing to do with them simply fixing my side mirrors. I truly believe they refused to this job because I was BLACK. I called another Audi location who said they can do the job and have an appointment scheduled with them. Another reason I believe they denied me is because my insurance was paying for it and I wasn’t coming out of pocket. Take your BLACK DOLLAR where it’s valued because it is not here. And don’t bother calling corporate they’re full of xxxx too! More
My new Audi was not even a year old and had very low mileage. I took it to Sewickley Audi with a brake issue and was told that I needed new brakes and rotors and that the warranty would not cover it. Matt, the service manager was absolutely no help and said that I could try Audi Care. Audi Care told me that this should be covered under warranty and they would investigate it. She called Matt and was told a different story. They said this was normal wear and tear. I come from an automotive background and this response was baloney! Audi Care is a joke. I spoke to a supervisor who actually talked down to me and was rather nasty! When I asked a simple technical question, he had no clue how to answer it. Audi Care does not "Care" about the customer. I have owned Audi's since 1984 and was very disappointed with Matt and Audi Care. I took my vehicle to a private shop and received excellent care. I will not be returning to Sewickley Audi. More
Spoke with service manager MATT..He informed me the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recovery) was NOT part of the emissions system.. He insisted! Audi is by far the biggest ripoff car on the market. $2200 for a 40k checkup on a S6 which is replacing spark plugs. Joke. Don’t buy or get your car serviced here. We bought our next Audi at Sewickley and never looked back. We have purchased 5 cars since then and have always been treated well. I am especially pleased with the service department. They treat me well, always do a great job and provide a loaner even though my car is out of warranty. I would never consider buying an Audi anywhere else. More

My wife took the car in to be serviced three times in the same day that eventually resulted in the computer being rebooted to resolve the problem. This is not the first time it took more than one trip to the service department to resolve the issue, but certainly the last time. Because of our disappoint with service of the car, we decided to trade in for a non German car and are quite pleased with the car and also the service on a cadillac to date. The continued bad service received on the A6 was unacceptable, we expected greater attention to detail from this dealer for this type of car and was continually disappointed. More

Had my Audi towed in on a Monday because it wouldn't start, I called the next day to see when they could look at it Worst dealership experience ever! No call back so I went the next day during lunch and was told that "towed cars are not a priority" They finally looked at it Friday and told me it would be done on Saturday. So if you want to never get updates or them to take their sweet xxx time with you then visit this place. More
Just had my A4 inspected and was informed by my mechanic that there were a couple factory engine-related recalls out for the car. Called Sewickley, set an appointment. Was told by my regular mechanic to b that there were a couple factory engine-related recalls out for the car. Called Sewickley, set an appointment. Was told by my regular mechanic to be watchful of them slamming me with additional charges for broken parts that were not broken. Low and behold - after being told everything was completed I get a call the next morning that another part in the engine was found to be broken (that my mechanic knew was not broken) and would cost $500 to fix. Stay away from these folks. Over the past 3 days I found 5 floks I know that had the exact same experience. I am reporting them to the PA Attorney General. More
I live across town and had mt car towed here because of horrible experience from a closer dealership. Anyhow they fixed it right the first time. Price was less than originally quoted.
