The staff were al very helpful even spending at least an hour with us explaining the different aspects of this very upscale Audi convertible. I had traded in a Chrysler Sebring convertible that was 11 years old and lacking all of safety features and “bells and whistles “that this car has. They even suggested that I come back for additional tutorials. As we headed down to the store, we met Martin, who got me the vehicle I wanted and also went out of his way to find another that would fit my wife’s needs. So I worked hard and after many years I was finally able to purchase my dream car. little did I know that the car would be half the experience I was dreaming of. Jon introduces himself and I could just tell we were going to get along perfectly. His friendly demeanor and kindness was exactly what I was looking for in a salesman. He was knowledgeable in cars outside of Audi too and was able to give me pros and cons of each vehicle. He kept the conversation very fact driven. Throughout the process he made sure I knew I was in control of the sale and did not make me feel pressured into a purchase. He truly went above and beyond for me and my family.
