I purchased my first Infiniti in 2004, my second in 2014. I return to Sewell Infiniti Service Dept for all service and have been very pleased with every encounter. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the I return to Sewell Infiniti Service Dept for all service and have been very pleased with every encounter. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the service dept because I usually wait for my car to be serviced and it is much appreciated to wait in pleasant, clean surroundings with spotless restrooms. Took my car for an oil change, left with smoke coming out the exhaust pipes(90degrees outside).Said the turbo is going out(apparently overnight).no previous issues.Only with suspension, not to mention they c the exhaust pipes(90degrees outside).Said the turbo is going out(apparently overnight).no previous issues.Only with suspension, not to mention they called the night before told my car was in good shape just needed brake pads soon and a cabin filter....DO NOT RECOMMEND...They told me it was unfortunate and may corporate Infiniti would pay for it...WOW More
