I had an awesome car buying experience at Sewell Ford in Odessa,Tx. Unlike other dealerships and prior experiences,I did not at any time feel pressured to buy anything.The sales person who assisted me (Robb Odessa,Tx. He took the time to explain to me ,in detail,how everything functioned and how to program all electronics,including navigation system. The financial manager,Chris,went above and beyond the call of duty to get above acceptable financing for me. I left there feeling confident that I had made a sound and responsible purchase. When it came time for us to shop for a new vehicle, Sewell Ford of Odessa is where we went! In addition, we were given extra time to try out the vehicle and he had the smallest of small door dents taken out!! We went looking for another vehicle, we had no clue what we were looking for. brandon was very helpful and patient with us, showing us all the needs. After a long day of looking at cars, I pulled into Sewell's used lot and found the car I knew I would buy. After all the trouble with my last car I was so thankful to have him help me and be so friendly. I got the Focus at a great price, and after a year I still love it like it's new. Brandon still calls to check on me and my car. The Sewell Dealership and Brandon are helpful, friendly, caring, and you will get a great deal. I would deffinatly check them out first when looking for a vehicle. You won't have to go anywhere else! More
