I worked with Fleet Manager Vance Lane to locate a 2010 Ford F150 Lariat 4x4. Vance worked dilinently to locate existing unit within Ford's network. Vance is very knowledgeable of Ford's product line and committed to good customer service. Vance was available most of the time during the search process. If not he always returned my calls. We found our town car on the Sewell Ford website. We drove over to see them on a Tuesday, and were driving home in our car by Thursday. Omar and Aaron were our salesmen. They were very friendly and helpful, answered our multitude of phone calls, and showed us all the bells and whistles on our car. They explained how to set the seats to each of our satisfaction so we can now just push a button and have the settings each of us prefer. Shane was the man in financing. He made filling out the paperwork as painless as possible. Our financing was through our out of state credit union. Shane worked with them as well as us and helped everything go through so smoothly! He offered us Ford's extended warranty and made sure we understood what it could do for us. Steven was the man in the service department who replaced our radio. He was so nice, and worked with us to get a good after market radio. Terry was the man in the accessories department that talked with us about window tinting and an after market dvd player. He explained about the diffent tints we could choose from, and how long it would take to install. This was the best car buying experience that we have ever had. We look forward to doing business with them in the future when the need arises. More
