I took my car to Chip Koestler at Classic BMW to have my car detailed. My son had gotten sick, and matter how hard I tried, I could not get rid of the odor. When I picked my car up from Chip, it was like i car detailed. My son had gotten sick, and matter how hard I tried, I could not get rid of the odor. When I picked my car up from Chip, it was like it was brand new again (new car smell and everything). It’s now been a couple weeks, and my car still smells and looks great. Not only did he get it cleaned, but he was In constant contact keeping me updated on the status. Superior customer service! More

David Adamcik was the service advisor we did work with, he was knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. He gave us an estimate as to when the vehicle would be ready, and he broke that estimate in half, instead of taking a day, it took them only 4 hours. I will be returning again to Classic for service to my BMW or to look at a new BMW. More
Employee Yelled and Berated me on Sales Floor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am very disappointed and quite frankly shocked that I was yelled at on the sales floor by Byron Gabriel (Service Drive Manager, Classic BMW, Plano, I am very disappointed and quite frankly shocked that I was yelled at on the sales floor by Byron Gabriel (Service Drive Manager, Classic BMW, Plano, Texas). I have been a BMW customer for years and my family has been buying them for 10+years. I went in for a routine wheel alignment and it was only half completed as their was an issue with the left front camber. When I questioned Byron why they would even attempt to align my car knowing that I would have to align it another time once I fixed the issue privately he began to raise his voice and yell "Did We cause this damage?" I then asked him if he could lower his tone but he began to yell louder accusing me of wanting free service when I was in the act of paying at the front desk. Never in my wildest dreams would I think a luxury vehicle dealership would provide that kind of service. There were numerous employees and customers waiting for their vehicle to be serviced or newly purchased watching him get really aggressive and yell "you can pay up!" as I took my card to pay at the front desk. Bullying longtime customers into paying and then ridiculing them as they pay in front of other patrons. What kind of customer service is that? To be completely honest I don't think I ever want to buy another BMW again. Dealership looks nice from the outside but would advise to purchase and service far from this place. More
Think Twice I won't bore evey one with the details but in the 3 years I have taken my car there, each time it has twice as long as promised with no care or consid I won't bore evey one with the details but in the 3 years I have taken my car there, each time it has twice as long as promised with no care or consideration that I need transportation and it has cost money from them "Missing" to reset my service light to "Forgetting" to add coolant to not standing by the service and warranty agreement. I am very sad that I will now refuse to by a BMW (Even though I love the car) but because this is the closet place I can have it serviced I will not do it. I hope they truly look at revamping the department to truly be customer friendly. More
