Josh, I am so sorry about the delays on your vehicle. As we discussed on the phone we have no control over the manufacture of parts, and delays caused by the insurance company who is paying for these repairs. I am committed to improve the level of communication within our service department moving forward. My most sincere apologies for the lack of communication during this prolonged service visit. The good news is the manufacturer has released the final part to complete the repair, and we should be able to get you back into your BMW shortly.
