This specific car buying experience for me, I was looking for a used vehicle and broadened my scope to include multiple dealerships. The two dealerships (not exclusively BMW) that I contacted and reached out to I had shockingly poor experience with. Because of the length of our relationship with Classic BMW, I think I had expected other dealerships to handle their business with the same professional, kind, educated, and most importantly welcoming nature that we have become so accustomed to. I was proven very wrong and it illuminated how lucky we have been to have found this dealership. Robin McCormick is nothing short of exceptional. I have never had a bad experience with anyone at this dealership but Robin is the reason we walk in each time. His knowledge and willingness to find answers, work with us on the best solution based on what our needs are, and the list goes on.
