Bought my truck from Mandy, it was my first experience with a dealership. Not sure what I expected, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to get a brand new vehicle at a better interest rate, they gave me full pay off on my car I thought I was upside down on, the entire process only took a couple hours when in the past, I had to spend my entire day working on getting financed. I love my vehicle, I got a 2022 ford edge, since purchasing my car I’ve also had great experiences with the service department. More

I had a great experience at Seth Wadley Ford in Perry. Mandy was very helpful and friendly. My wife and I drove from Tulsa to buy a vehicle I found online, it was worth the trip. This company has about one good employee and that is all. I purchased a vehicle from their Perry location and it started off pretty well. I had been looking into this vehicle for a while and did my fair shar I purchased a vehicle from their Perry location and it started off pretty well. I had been looking into this vehicle for a while and did my fair share of research and since I was buying from out of state, I depended on the salesman to give me all the information needed to make a sound decision. I asked if anything was wrong with the vehicle outside of what was stated and I was told the vehicle was fine. When I asked for a walk-around video, I was sent footage from what appeared to be the very first phone that received video capability; grainy and not worth a dang. Right as the video was sent, I was told about damage to the rear bumper that just "happened". I did not care about that damage based on what I was told, I just asked if they could buff out the marks, that is all. I was told all services were done to the vehicle and it was ready to go. I checked the CarFax 100 times and I liked what I read and opted to get this car without seeing it. Once I received the vehicle, it was filthy inside with dog food everywhere, someone's garage door opener, and a couple of other things. It was gross and looked like it never spent time in a car wash and if it did, the vacuums were broken and they refused to clean the wheels with the rest of the outside. When I started up the vehicle in excitement, I was hit with so many codes it was alarming...tire pressure codes for all tires (10lbs-15lbs), break fluid change was due in Jan 2022 (still not completed), oil change was needed, and the remote control battery needed replacement. They sent me a vehicle that needed work...yet Seth Wadley Auto Group sent information to CarFax stating they did the recommended services. I take this matter to our finance guy and he passed it on to their sales manager. This man admits they did not do the oil change, break fluid change or any maintenance that I mentioned that was popping up on my vehicle. I explained to him that it was not right to claim services were done when they werent and he said, "our techs check the fluids and test them and if they dont need changing, we dont change it. It would cost us too much money to service every vehicle". I did not fight with him because I knew the company was off tilt a bit at this point. However, I did ask for them to pay for an oil change (since they didn't do it) and for them to pay for a full tank of gas (being that I received the vehicle with 0 on the DTE gauge, pinned needle on E). This guy agreed to it. When I took the vehicle to BMW for the oil change, I had time to look over the CarFax and that is when it dawned on me, they lied about the services they did on the vehicle, hence why I'm getting the oil changed. This prompted me to reach out to the guy from sales and sent him an email. I get a phone call the next day from the Co-Owner, April Cunningham, I am Jared Cunningham, and to my surprise, I am ambushed with the worst attitude and disposition I have ever received that was not justified at that. Jared is a piece of work and after being rude and disrespectful, he said with all the cockiness he could muster, "what are you going to do about it"? You know, he responded to a customer that's asking why are they being treated like trash when they didn't disrespect them in the first place. "What am I going to do about it"...wow. He also let me know that I got the vehicle for a steal because it was 10k cheaper than everywhere else as if I was the one that asked for 10K off. I just purchased a vehicle for the asking price and because of that poor pricing decision on their end, he stated Seth Wadley Auto Group will not assist me in making this poor deal right. The conversation ended with me upset because I had a grown man, Co-Owner, speaking to a customer in the worst way. Jared hides behind his titles and law degree as justification to talk down on people. I hope his wife, the other Co-Owner is proud and his two boys. He is surely setting the bar low for his family and business. I hate the fact that Ford is tied to their name, because when I read "Seth Wadley Ford", I thought it was all Ford. Ironically, we say F-O-R-D= Fix Or Repair Daily...you know, like April, I mean Jared, I mean the entire auto group must do to keep their business running. God bless the ones that have to filter through messages like this that speak the truth. "What am I going to do about it"...Nothing, just blast your company name all over the place with bad reviews based on facts. Like I said on the phone, you wouldn't be talking to me the way you were if we were face to face. FYI- I have everything documented and a nice legal paper trail that will back everything I have said, so there is no speculation here, just facts. More
