Initially, I went in just to browse, unsure of what to expect after hearing some mixed reviews. However, from the moment I stepped onto the lot, the team welcomed me and truly listened to my needs. I shared my concerns about being upside down on my trade-in, and they worked diligently to help minimize that negative equity. Myles was particularly impressive; he was straightforward and answered all my questions honestly, which made the entire process feel transparent and stress-free. The finance guy also stood out, presenting multiple options tailored to my situation without any pressure. For the first time, I left a dealership feeling satisfied and appreciated rather than overwhelmed or taken advantage of. I’m genuinely grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to me at Seth Wadley FORD of Ada. More
