SEVERAL BAD EXPERIENCES Just got to vent. Do not buy from Seth Wadley Ford or any other Ford place as far as I am concerned. Bought a 2004 Ford 350 in 2004 brand new. Been a Just got to vent. Do not buy from Seth Wadley Ford or any other Ford place as far as I am concerned. Bought a 2004 Ford 350 in 2004 brand new. Been a lemon all of its life. Ford has done several recalls but never got it fixed. Took it over to Seth Wadley to get the IPR fixed after the Tech agreed that is what was wrong with it. He called me back and said the starter needed to be replaced and the fly wheel was broke. Pretty funny since it would start when it left the house. Wanted 1700.00 just for that. I confronted all of them about this and got called a liar. Pretty unprofessional people. So tired of being take advantage of because I am a women. But then you think when all the other auto dealerships were going under Ford did not have a problem. Guess it is because they do not stand behind there product.... — feeling annoyed More

Service after the sales is horrible Bought a truck from these people a few years back and tried several attempts to get the truck in serviced for a few problems, on every attempt I was t Bought a truck from these people a few years back and tried several attempts to get the truck in serviced for a few problems, on every attempt I was told that it would be days or weeks before they could get to it. In the start of summer my a/c had problems and I tried to get it serviced, once again they told me they couldn't get to it for days, I dropped the truck off and drove a lowner, I decided I wanted a new truck a few days later and went to Seth wadley to look around, I found a truck that I like and was going to trade my truck in for it. My salesman told me my trade in value and also told me the only thing that was wrong with my ac was a vacuum line... I asked why my truck had been sitting there for 3 days if the fix was that simple? He replied that they were busy servicing trucks that were pending sales. I decided right then that I was not going to give my money to people like this. Service after the sale SUCKS! Go to patriot ford in Purcell and save yourself a headache! More

from Ada and bought at SW based on hype. Took my car in several times and problem would get fixed temporarily each time, so they tell me I should trade it in before my warranty expires becasue "sometimes y several times and problem would get fixed temporarily each time, so they tell me I should trade it in before my warranty expires becasue "sometimes you just get a problem vehicle". Glad i didn't do it because i went to another dealer the next time and they asked me if i did the work myself because it was getting patched but the real problem was never fixed. Kept my receipts so i could prove i didn't void my warranty. Funny how service is always busy when you don't buy other services after your first "free" oil change too More
