Poor customer care Several times I have come to them for something other than an oil change. Each time they either didn't fix it right or left something unfinished. The service manager will try to make you feel like it is your fault and smooze you into feeling like you have to pay outrageously for the work that they didn't do right in the first place. I recommend contacting a manager with any and all complaints. The sales, and other departments are great but they need a serious over haul in the service department. More

I told them I had the new tires installed here about 1000 miles ago and had experienced a slight vibration at 70 mph. They rebalanced my tires at no charge and the vehicle drives great. More

Service was good. Overall Managers Can't Be Trusted I had my vehicle serviced as usual and am very happy with the service I received as usual since I purchased my vehicle from Seth Wadley. However while I had my vehicle serviced as usual and am very happy with the service I received as usual since I purchased my vehicle from Seth Wadley. However while I was there I was supposed to look at vehicles set up by the internet department. Salesman was great but one day they told me I would get x amount of dollars for my trade. The vehicle I looked at would not work and I agreed to come back the next business day as it was 8:00 p.m. and I had to get my son home as we lived on the north side of Oklahoma City and I needed to figure out how to overcome the $4,000 negative equity. When I came back they had dropped my trade value over $3,000 and did not even say anything until I went in to the finance office in which the payments were way north of what I told them I could afford the night before. They started trying to move numbers and then went to the GSM. He came in and was talking to me and stated that it was going to be less for my trade and if it was at the mileage I was there with the first day he could have paid off my current loan. When I told him I was there just the other day and that was not what they offered the General Sales Manager looked at me and said "No one called me" and that this wasn't going to work and he would get me my keys so I could leave. I left he called me back with a extra $500.00 and wanted me to come back. I did not and so later the salesman I was working with called and said they could do it. When I asked him what changed and where the difference was coming from he said they took everything off except for GAP. So at the end of the day Seth Wadley Ford has made it to where because of the miles I will not be able to purchase a vehicle of any kind for quiet some time, all while thanking me for my service after they found out I am a 80% disabled Veteran and doing everything they could to keep payments at a minimum off $100.00 more than what I told them I could afford. With two managers that were responsible for this I would STRONGLY CAUTION anyone to use this Brand of Dealerships. If it were the sales only it would be one thing but for the managers to conduct themselves and do business like this is very unethical in my opinion. I will definitely be filing a negative Customer Satisfaction Index as well as a Sales Satisfaction Index... More
Frustrating I make an appointment to have routine oil change. Appointment time 2:00 pm. I make the effort to arrive early and do at 1:55pm. Upon checking in I asked if they were running on time and was informed that there were three ahead of me. My vehicle was taken in for service at 3:00 pm. This happened to me the last time I was in for oil change. One of the service people told me that they just had a lot of people to take care of and that they scheduled three customers per hour and they just got behind. My vehicle was done in 20 minutes after they took it in. Waiting time is unacceptable. Invoice no. 209855 More

Took truck in for oil change and service. I schedule my service for my F150 with Tyler. I arrived at dealership at 8:00 am; My vehicle service was completed and I was back in my truck by 9:15. I schedule my service for my F150 with Tyler. I arrived at dealership at 8:00 am; My vehicle service was completed and I was back in my truck by 9:15.
