My experience with Troy Walters and Vance Auto Often when older or elderly women like me meet with business people we are treated in a variety of ways: we may be ignored such as when I took my car Often when older or elderly women like me meet with business people we are treated in a variety of ways: we may be ignored such as when I took my car in for scheduled oil change, etc. and the service manager refused to talk to me, only addressing my husband, or we are treated as though we are are both deaf and senile so we are addressed as children in a very loud voice, or we are treated in a demeaning, manner calling us "honey", "sweetie", or "dear". I have walked out of more than one business after explaining whey I would not be making a purchase or recommending the company to anyone. I was pleased that Troy Walters did not engage in any of the ways I have described, rather he was straight forward, and professional in our all discussions. I did not feel any pressure from him, nor did he engage in any of the game playing women often encounter in the sales world. Vance Chevrolet offered what I considered a fair price for the car I bought, and I have been very pleased with the car. The financial manager for Vance Chevrolet was also very professional as he walked me through the many forms necessary when buying a car in this day and age. I will be happy to recommend to my friends, especially my women friends to give TroyWalters a call if they are in the market for a car. I am sure they will be treated with respect. I would also recommend Vance Chevrolet as a dealership.
