Everybody I dealt with was very nice. They should’ve been able to replace the tire sensors for me free of charge in lieu of the gas and everything else that it cost me. More

While I was waiting for my vehicle, I heard the woman worker talking to a customer about having a new GM. The customer was asking about Bently and she said he’s gone so they are moving in the right direction now. *cough *cough Now ma’am, if this is moving in the right direction then y’all are going the wrong way! We have been long time customers and this has been the worst visit EVER! Your new GM needs to do better because the dealership customer service has declined and it shows. More
