Oran, my service advisor, was great and I would prefer to deal with him in the future. He was the bright side of the experience. I was told the chirping in my truck was coming from the thermostat and this deal with him in the future. He was the bright side of the experience. I was told the chirping in my truck was coming from the thermostat and this is what the paperwork states. The repair was quoted at $607. I opted to change the thermostat myself using an OEM replacement. This did not resolve the chirping, which means I would have paid $607 to do a 30minute repair for something that was not causing the issue. I reached out via the website and was supposed to receive a call from a service manager and never have. More

My car got damaged after bring kf to bw checked 3 times and after the damage was done the service manage said i did it then the peoplw in the body shop said it hqd to be a animal did Mr Andy kn the body and after the damage was done the service manage said i did it then the peoplw in the body shop said it hqd to be a animal did Mr Andy kn the body shop askes what kind of animal was that a bear. From the beganning all i want them to do is check the rubbing noise, but this and 4600 dollar later I hope its fixed. I purchased 3 cars in Seven years never had this problem they losted all my trust nothing go to say but sad. More

They are not honest in sales and definitely not in service. Went for a diagnostic because my car wouldn't start last week. They were closed and said they couldnt check it until today.
