Purchased many vehicles from this dealership over the years and the service department has always been excellent. Today the sales and service department are not returning my calls. Worked with Noe on buying one of their demo cars and was flat out lied to on multiple occasions. -Was told the car still had the full original factory warranty since it was being sold as new. Later foun flat out lied to on multiple occasions. -Was told the car still had the full original factory warranty since it was being sold as new. Later found out this wasn't true that is only had 3 years left since it had been registered to servco already. He then told me he never said that and demos are never sold with the full warranty. Also not true if a dealer doesn't register the car it may be sold with the full time on the warranty. -Was told the car was up to date on all maintenance but it arrived with service needed light on - Was told he would give me an extra year of maintenance to make up for the "mixup" over the warranty then when the car arrived Kauai servco dealer said that there was no extra year added. He told me to just be happy I got a good deal and there was nothing he could do. - Kept making excuses about mailing documents, would say they were going out that day then turns out he still hadn't mailed them in over a week. Did not include service records with the car as promised. Outright lies aside the customer service was also terrible. I was buying for my mom who lives on Kauai and he said they ship cars all the time I just had to call young brothers. So after waiting on hold for 45 min with young brothers they tell me only the dealer can make the reservation and they should know that. He at first said they couldn't do a wire transfer to pay for the car and would need to mail a check but after talking to finance they said it was no problem. Sent a scanned copy of their form to fill out rather than a docusign....this was in 2021! He was unable to upload clear videos of the exterior of the car, luckily it was in great condition when we received it. Generally very unresponsive and not a man of his word. Felt like he was doing the bare minimum, probably wasn't making much commission on the car or something since it was a demo. We did get a good deal on a car in great condition but I will never trust Servo with another purchase. If you ever work with them get EVERYTHING in contract before you sign, they will go back on text and verbal agreements. More

I will never buy or refer any one to them. I changed brakes 2x in the pass few months. Don't go their you be sorry...... More
Best Service Mngr They're always very polite, I know they need to be, and I do get pretty good if not great prices for skilled service amd repairs. Even without the key to discounts, they're trained to repair Toyotas and they guarantee the work done, always. Many repair shops do guarantee their work but Servco Windward with a sevice manager there, the greatest, dp make sure they go beyond the call of duty... More

Worst experience ever! I walked in Monday to purchase a Tacoma. Did the deal that night and they it made seem like I would the truck in a few days. I waited a week and when I asked to speak to the sells manager about I would receive it, they couldn't commit to a date. When I asked about the deal being locked in and worse case scenario getting my money back he made me feel like my purchase didnt matter to the dealership, "as they are busy selling a lot of cars." I went to JN Chevrolet the same night and left with a new Colorado that I have had for a month now and love. So thanks to Rex at Windward Toyota, I got a good deal better service and a truck I love from Mike at JN Chevrolet. More

He wasn't pushy and yet was knowledgeable and encouraging. Although we didn't find the car we wanted at a price we could afford, we left feeling like he was honest and made us feel comfortable in our car search. More
