We paid over 3000 in repairs the car still was on warranty and they were trying to avoid to provide me a loaner. They make me call ford motor company to request a loaner. I end up having to pay for rental car up front they promess me a refund after 4 months I'm still waiting, we have called Henry and Jesus at service department and no vary will take the time to refund our money. People STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. More
If I could give zero starts, I would. I brought my car (Ford Fiesta 2013, less than 40K miles on it) to this place end of June with a power issue (car losing power, especially on hills). They changed the clutch and charged me almost $3000. The problem was not solved. At the end of July, I brought it in again and they said there was a problem with the calipers and they needed to be changed. After I complained, they did not charge me for that, but charged to change the pads on the breaks. So, at this point I have spent almost $3600 and the problem hasn’t been solved. I brought the car back. They did not test the car when I said they had to in order to see the problem (in the morning, on a hill). So the car was on the shop for 2 or 3 weeks and nothing was done because they didn’t see the problem I was having. Since they didn’t know what the problem was, they had been waiting to hear from Ford. I needed the car, so I had to take it back. Today, driving on a hill in the morning, the car almost didn’t make it! I called them again and they say that they haven’t heard from Ford yet, so there is nothing they can do. It has been 4 months already and I can’t use the car properly! I don’t want to bring the car to another place and pay more to fix the car since I already paid for something that hasn’t solved the problem, so Ford needs to fix it somehow because I might have paid for something that didn’t even needed fixing! I am not sure what to do at this point. I don’t want to wait forever and keep being brushed off. Do you know your cars or not?? Where are the specialists? They have been waiting to hear from for Ford for more than 1 month now! More
Straightforward, honest , Awesome service! The Service Advisor asked what I need service with and if I have any questions, he listened and explained in detail what I had asked; he also provided me the cost before leading me to the waiting area. Also, the guy who was outside when you drop off your vehicle was very polite, asked if I needed a ride to my work and the female employee who checked me in was very prompt =) When I claimed my vehicle, my Service Advisor had my car washed!! THANK YOU More

worst costumer service in the world they dont even try worst service you can find, never come here, and never but never buy i car from this dealer. when you go to service they will tell you that your part worst service you can find, never come here, and never but never buy i car from this dealer. when you go to service they will tell you that your part will take some time they told tell you exactly how much time since the claim that they dont know that info, and my radio took 1 month to get there and is under warranty, after that i spoke with Jesus, which apparently he not working today (he is sick) i told another Representative there if i can drop off to have it fix but they said i have to wait for Jesus that he will be back on Tuesday, which means more days and have to miss work, so i told him that if is the only person working there or whats going on, and said "that Jesus is the only person who can help me" i cant believe i have miss work twice already for a simple fix they guy name rudy is the worst More

They charged me over $1,000 for this work with terrible customer service and communication throughout the process. Steer clear of this dealership. More
Berkshire Hathaway’s write off dealership This place seemed very promising when I first arrived from the write up to the explaination of services. I didn’t hear from them so I called them. For a week I didn’t hear from these people. Finally they called back and apologized for the delay. Then I was told they could not duplicate what I brought my vehicle in for. Kind of upset that they didn’t fix anything after leaving it there for over a weeks time. Fine went to pick up my truck. Spoke with advisor briefly and waited for my vehicle. Got into my truck and drove off..right before I got onto the freeway entrance..the lights went off and so did the chimes. Had to get on freeway and off the next exit to turn around. Went back to dealer and left the truck running. Showed the advisor what was happening and told him I didn’t have to go far for this to happen. I asked him did your technician road test my truck? His reply was yes. Then they proceeded to tell me I had to leave the vehicle as the technicians were off for the day. As I sat there waiting for rental I was getting upset that this was happening. So the following week I get a call and again I was told there was nothing wrong with my truck. They told me the technician and the shop foreman both road tested vehicle and there was no issues found. I drove down to dealer again and this guy named Ton the foreman explained to me what what he thinks is wrong and happening but can not verify at this time like I was a 3 year old..very condescending. From write up to the point of being treated like a 3 year old didn’t matter much to me at this point the icing on the cake was the service manager Henry. I sat in his office explaining to him what was wrong with my truck..his advisor has seen what was wrong with my truck and yet they can’t figure out nor fix my truck. I honestly think Henry is just a bobble head..all he said was yeah yeah yeah. I’ll look into it and try to get this figured out for you sir. 3 weeks and no answer..3 weeks..I called Henry numerous times to see what was happening..3 weeks I don’t get a answer from this clown. That’s when I decided to go elsewhere. See review for the ford store. Never again with this place. I am happy that I had to drive 40 miles to another dealer to get my vehicle repaired and not lied to. The problem was found,part was ordered and my truck repaired..all within a promised timeline. That’s how service is suppose to be. Not a box full of hopes and dreams then filled with lies. More

I my opinion the reason not done was because it was recall and zateck finish that we already paid for when we purchased the car so no new cash to dealership.
