HORRIBLE service department. They had my car for 8 days now and no updates. I had to call on my own after 5 days of no updates. It’s impossible to get an update over telephone. They just kept brushing me off and passing the phone around or telling me someone else will get back to me. I saw everyone else’s reviews and they’re similar. I wish I saw these reviews before taking my car in. The service advisor Moe is an extremely unprofessional. Jared charged me $270 for an oil change because my warranty was expired. I called ford and they said it’s not expired. They treat women so bad. Do not take your car here. This review is for Jared. I called ford and filed a complaint. More
Oday Alamour actually went outside to greet me as I was checking out the cars and trucks in front of the dealership. I spoke to him for a few minutes about their inventory of electric vehicles. He was very checking out the cars and trucks in front of the dealership. I spoke to him for a few minutes about their inventory of electric vehicles. He was very nice and he didn’t pretend that I had to buy a car today. I didn’t feel any pressure. I asked for his business card and I left. I was only there because my 2016 Cmax PHEV was in for service. If I’m interested in a Ford in the future I will email Oday to start off the process. More
Sorry, but I wasn't helped by Anthony this time for the regular car service. I was helped by Pamela Yaeger. She was wonderful and got my car ready over 1 hour and 15 min before I needed it to drive to a me regular car service. I was helped by Pamela Yaeger.
