Anthony Guerra helped us get into a new 2023 Bronco Badlands. We had originally wanted to order a vehicle, but luckily for us Anthony found one with the exact specs that we were looking for so we did n Badlands. On top of that, he delivered the vehicle to our home, saving us a trip. Anthony was extremely professional from our first phone call throughout the final sale. He answered all of our questions quickly and was very responsive to text messages, emails and phone calls. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He has also extended his availability to us beyond the sale by checking in with us in the following months and even helping us set up our first service appointment. He’s honest, direct and extremel Ford to be very helpful and courteous. My sales representative, Anthony Guerra was simply a pleasure to deal with. He’s honest, direct and extremely personable. Anthony was very responsive, knowledgeable and informative. I had lots of questions and concerns throughout the buying process and he was always available for me. Once my vehicle arrived, I was given an additional courtesy week by the manager to prepare for my financing which took off allot of pressure. All my paperwork was ready on signing day which made the time investment manageable and seamless. Additionally, after purchasing, I received a refund check to honor the guaranteed price when I placed my order. Outstanding customer service all around. More
